During delivery, all orders placed in our online store (www.beansolutions.co.za) are fully insured.

TIMELINES FOR DELIVERY

No orders will be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

If you place an order and pay before 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, it will be processed and dispatched that day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed and dispatched the next day, and orders placed and paid for after 4:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

If you see an item listed on our website, it means the item is available.

Depending on where you live, delivery normally takes 2-5 days.

We deliver between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, make sure there is someone available to do so. 

AREA OF DELIVERY SUPPORTED

We deliver across South Africa directly to your door. All areas within the borders of the country are covered.

In-store pickups are available

3:00 pm is the cut-off time for in-store pickups.

Customers will be notified by email and SMS within 24 hours of receiving their order to pick it up at our store.

We need a 24 hours notice for all in-store pick ups to get your order ready.

Our store is at:  140 Fleming Rd, Meadowdale, Germiston, 1614. where orders can be picked up strictly by appointment.
