REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns and refunds: how do I request them?

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 (thirty) days of purchase, either online or in person at our store.

Bean Solutions website offers refunds and returns subject to the following conditions:

Bean Solutions accepts returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery. Returns and refunds are not accepted after this 30-day period.

Returns are accepted by Bean Solutions under the following conditions:

  • The original packaging of the product is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
  • As long as Bean Solutions and its suppliers inspect the product first, and it has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, the product is faulty or damaged.
  • You received an incorrect product; or
  • You wish to return the order because it is incomplete.

A collection fee may be charged at Bean Solutions discretion, or you may deliver the product to our store.

The delivery service provider will contact you to arrange the pickup of your order from the nominated address. Bean Solutions will provide the delivery service provider with your personal information to complete the order.

Bean Solutions reserves the right to inspect and/or send the product to its supplier for testing before processing any refund. Bean Solutions is not responsible for any of the following faults or damages:

  • Wear and tear.
  • Negligence, abuse, or incorrect use of the product; Non-compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Lightning and/or electrical surge damage.

Cut-to-measure, special order, and tinted paint products cannot be refunded or exchanged by Bean Solutions unless they are found to be materially defective.

Bean Solutions will process refunds and returns according to its refund and return policy using the same payment method as the original order (e.g. credit card, EFT, or trade account credit).

When will you receive your refund?

EFT refunds are subject to verification and will appear in your account within fourteen (14) business days.

Bean Solutions will gladly process a return and refund if you decide to change your mind and would like to return a product. In the event that Bean Solutions decides to collect such products, it may charge you additional delivery fees.
