The Kryo is a workhorse, with a throughput of 2.5-3.5kg/hr – enough to satisfy even a very busy cafe. For those baristas brewing this volume of coffee, it also comes with three easily programmable time-based doses, which can be triggered by pushing a button, or even just inserting the portafilter!

Easy to use and highly consistent, the Kryo has some other clever features to improve extraction quality and efficiency. It features cooling fins around the grinding chamber that prevent the ground coffee from being heated up too much. This is essential for particle size consistency and flavour. It also includes a removable hopper that can stand on the counter, a 64mm burr set, a counter functionality to help you know when burrs need to be replaced, and micrometric adjustment.
